We process personal data under Albanian personal data protection law and GDPR principles. Data controller: [owner name], NUIS [NUIS].

What we collect

  • Your email (to send your QR code and order updates).
  • Your phone number, only if you enter it (to contact you about your order).
  • Order details: plan, price, date, status.
  • Minimal technical data (e.g. IP address) for security and fraud prevention.

What we do NOT collect

Your card details. Payment happens with the payment provider and we never see them.

Who we share it with

  • The payment provider (2Checkout/Verifone), for the payment.
  • eSIM Access, our eSIM supplier, only as needed to create the eSIM.
  • Our email provider, to send order emails.
  • Our hosting provider, where the site runs.

How long we keep it

We keep order data for as long as tax law requires. Support messages are deleted once the issue is resolved, unless we need them for legal reasons.

Cookies

We only use essential cookies: to remember the language you choose and to keep payment secure. We use no advertising or analytics cookies. You can delete them at any time in your browser settings.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to processing, by writing to support@gosimglobal.com. You can also complain to Albania’s Information and Data Protection Commissioner.
