Terms of use

1. The service

GoSimGlobal sells eSIM data plans from international mobile data suppliers. We are not a mobile operator. Plans are data only: no phone number, no calls and no SMS.

2. Orders and payment

The price is shown in euros before payment and is calculated on our server. You pay on the payment provider’s secure page (2Checkout/Verifone). We never see or store your card. An order is confirmed only after the payment provider confirms the payment.

3. Delivery

The eSIM (QR code and activation code) is sent by email, usually within a few minutes of payment confirmation, and is shown under “Find my order”.

4. Your responsibilities

• Check before buying that your phone supports eSIM and is unlocked.
• Enter your email address correctly.
• Install the eSIM within the period shown on the plan.

5. Validity and coverage

The plan’s days start when your phone first connects to the network at your destination. Speed and coverage depend on local partner networks and can’t be guaranteed everywhere.

6. Refunds

Refunds are handled under our Refund policy.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Each order is governed by the terms in force on the day of purchase.
