What is an eSIM?
A digital SIM card built into your phone. Instead of a plastic card, you scan a QR code and your phone downloads the data plan. Your usual SIM stays in the phone.
Do I get a phone number with this eSIM?
No. Our plans are data only, with no phone number. WhatsApp, Viber and FaceTime keep working with your own number over the internet.
When do I get the QR code?
By email, within a few minutes of paying. You can also see it under “Find my order”.
When do the plan’s days start?
When your phone first connects to the network at your destination, not when you buy or install it. So you can install it calmly at home.
How do I know if my phone supports eSIM?
Use the “Does my phone work?” check. Or look in Settings → Mobile data: if you see “Add eSIM”, you’re ready.
What if the eSIM doesn’t work?
Write to us with your order number and we’ll help. If the eSIM hasn’t been installed, we refund you in full.
How do I pay?
On the payment provider’s secure page. We never see or store your card.
